Situations we cannot refund
- You changed your mind after the letter was generated
- You picked the wrong letter type after downloading, but see below
- The recipient ignored or contested the letter (that's outside our control)
- You didn't like the outcome after sending the letter
Wrong letter type
If you started an intake, realized you picked the wrong letter type, and have not yet downloaded the finished letter, email us and we'll switch you to the correct template at no additional charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@stopanddesist.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Qualifying refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days by our merchant of record, Paddle.
