1. Information we collect
Account information (email, name), the facts you enter to draft a letter, evidence you upload, and payment metadata from Paddle (our merchant of record). We never see or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
Solely to generate your letter, operate your account, respond to support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your letters to train third-party models.
3. Subprocessors
See our Trust Center for the current list (our secure backend, our letter-drafting provider, Paddle, Cloudflare).
4. Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Row-level security ensures only you can read your rows. Evidence is stored in a private bucket and served only via short-lived signed URLs.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Access, portability, correction, and deletion honored on request. Email support@stopanddesist.com from the address on your account.
6. Retention
Letters and evidence are retained while your account is active. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
